Introduction
Okazaki Photography is a photoshoot service and sales of photographs and products using and relating to photography (the "Service"), operated by a photographer, Remi Okazaki (the "Photographer"). Okazaki Photography owns its website: www.okazakiphotography.com (the "Website") to provide the Service. Okazaki Photography is registered with the Chamber of Commerce, registration number 87924102.
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) informs you how Okazaki Photography collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information including personally identifiable information about you (the “Personal Data”) when you use the Website, and book or purchase the Service. Okazaki Photography will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely, and process it under the Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). By using, booking, and purchasing the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information under the Policy and GDPR.

Transfer of Data

If you are located outside The Netherlands and choose to provide information to Okazaki Photography, please note that Okazaki Photography transfers the information to The Netherlands and processes it there. Your information including the Personal Data and the Image Data is never sold to third parties, nor is it used to construct profiles of you or applied in automated decision-making that can have significant consequences for you.

Okazaki Photography may employ third-party companies and/or individuals to facilitate the Service, to provide certain services, or to assist Okazaki Photography in providing the Service. The Website, social media operated by Okazaki Photography, and any means such as emails, telephone, verbal communication, etc. that Okazaki Photography uses to share certain information to the customers and users, may contain links to other websites/services that are not operated by Okazaki Photography. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to the third party’s website. Okazaki Photography strongly advises you to review the privacy policy of every website/service you visit/use. Okazaki Photography has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices employed by any third-party websites, services, and such.
Children’s Privacy
Okazaki Photography does not knowingly collect the Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 (the “Children”). If you are a parent or guardian and know that your Children have provided Okazaki Photography/the Photographer with the Personal Data, please contact service@okazakiphotography.com. If Okazaki Photography becomes aware that Okazaki Photography has collected the Personal Data from your Children without verification of parental consent, Okazaki Photography takes steps to dispose of that information.
Data Safety
It is of utmost importance that your data is secured and processed lawfully. Therefore, all possible technical and organizational measures to safely handle your data are being applied. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Please note that while Okazaki Photography strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, Okazaki Photography cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Retention Period
Under GDPR, Okazaki Photography will not retain your information, the Personal Data, the Image Data any longer than is required to fulfill the purposes for which they are collected. Okazaki Photography securely disposes of your information when it is no longer needed.
